We offer a comprehensive range of professional healthcare and daily lifestyle support services tailored to your individual needs. Our services include clinical Community Nursing (such as wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management), Post-Hospital Care to assist with recovery after discharge, and Health Assessments. We also provide practical, everyday support including Aged Care Services, Veteran Care (DVA Services), Domestic Cleaning, Gardening and Outdoor Maintenance, and Community Access & Social Support to help you stay active and connected.
Yes! If you have an NDIS plan, you can access our services using your funding, provided the supports line up with your specific NDIS goals and fall under your allocated budget (such as Core Supports for cleaning, gardening, and community access, or Capacity Building for community nursing care).
- If you are Plan-Managed or Self-Managed: You have full flexibility to choose us as your provider.
- If you are NDIA/Agency-Managed: Please contact our friendly Perth team directly so we can verify our current registration capacity status for your specific support categories.
The choice depends on how much administrative control you want over your plan:
- Self-Managed: You manage your own funding, pay your providers directly, submit your receipts to the NDIS portal for reimbursement, and handle all the paperwork and audit records yourself.
- Plan-Managed: A registered Plan Manager looks after the financial administration for you. They receive your provider invoices, check them for accuracy, and pay them out of your NDIS budget, saving you time and stress.
- NDIA-Managed (Agency-Managed): The National Disability Insurance Agency handles the payments directly, but your choice is restricted exclusively to NDIS-registered providers.
